Eat well, move more, live longer

The way we live is making children unhealthy.  9 out of 10 kids could grow up with dangerous amounts of fat in their bodies causing killer diseases such as cancer, type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Getting families to change their lifestyle is a challenge and they're much more likely to do it with the help of a health professional.

Change4life is a nationwide movement designed to help people make changes to their lifestyles, so they eat well, move more and live longer and that's where you come in.

By joining Change4Life, you'll be able to promote the Change4Life message through your own activities and doing what you do already: talking to people as a trusted source of helpful information. You can make a real difference by using your own skills alongside the tools we've created, all of which will help families make positive changes to their lives.

Change 4 Life in Brighton and Hove involves many sports, exercise and food-related activities that you can refer your patients and clients to.
